Coaching is powerful stuff! It’s deep work, and you have to be ready to do it. The good news is, you won’t be alone, because you’ll have someone with you during the process to encourage you through the challenges and empower you to make decisions that are best for what you want to accomplish.

Working with a coach requires committing to a project or goal that is important to you for the time it takes to then be ready to continue forward on your own. Positive transformation takes time, so when you work with a coach, it will take at least 3-6 months or more of consistent work together to achieve the results you desire.
Coaching typically takes place on a weekly basis by phone or video conference.
